According to STR, which provides market data on the hotel industry around the globe. Washington County’s hotels continue to make an upward trajectory in three key performance indicators: Occupancy (OCC), Average Daily Room Rates (ADR) and Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR).
For the month of May 2022, room occupancy grew to 70.7–a 19% change over 2021–while average daily room rates grew to $127.34, an increase of $28.24 over pre-pandemic rates.
