According to STR, which provides market data on the hotel industry around the globe. Washington County’s hotels continue to make an upward trajectory in three key performance indicators: Occupancy (OCC), Average Daily Room Rates (ADR) and Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR).
For the month of April, room occupancy grew to 70.9, while average daily room rates grew to $121.30, just 40 cents shy of pre-pandemic rates.
