Washington County’s hotel performance continues to rebound, with performance nearly reaching pre-pandemic levels.
The following charts illustrate the performance of Washington County’s hotel performance for the month of March from 2019 to 2022, according to STR, which provides market data on the hotel industry around the globe.
Occupancy in Washington County’s hotels reached 67.4% for the month of March, a 26% increase over 2021 and an 5% decrease from the same period in 2019.
Average Daily Room Rates (ADR) are near 2019 levels at $114.55 in March 2022, compared to $116.98 in 2019.
Revenue per available room (RevPAR) also saw a jump at $77.23 for the month of March, an increase of $29.34 over 2021, and down from 2019’s RevPAR of $82.73.
