March Occupancy: 2019-2022

Occupancy in Washington County’s hotels reached 67.4% for the month of March, a 26% increase over 2021 and an 5% decrease from the same period in 2019. 

March ADR: 2019-2022

Average Daily Room Rates (ADR) are near 2019 levels at $114.55 in March 2022, compared to $116.98 in 2019.

Revenue Per Available Room: 2019-2022

Revenue per available room (RevPAR) also saw a jump at $77.23 for the month of March, an increase of $29.34 over 2021, and down from 2019’s RevPAR of $82.73.Table
