Washington County Hotel Performance: January 2022

The first STR report of calendar year 2022 shows continued growth in Washington County’s hotel performance. (STR is a benchmarking tool that provides a set of key performance indicators of a destination’s hotel performance.)

 

For January 2022, overall room occupancy stood at 51.2%, with average daily room rates at $107.43. Revenue per available room (or RevPAR) was $54.99 for the month.

 

The great news is that Washington County’s hotels, while showing marked improvement over the last couple years, is gaining some momentum in reaching pre-pandemic indicators.
