Trends in hotel occupancy in Washington County continue to increase over the same period last year, with weekends (Friday and Saturday nights) bringing in stronger occupancy than other days of the week.
For the week of Oct. 3-9, the overall occupancy (OCC) was 63.6%, a 20.2% increase over the same time last year. Average daily rates (ADR) remained steady at $113.99, compared to $91.67 last year.
