As the summer tourism season winds down, hotel occupancy (OCC) and average daily rates (ADR) are seeing a slight decrease. Last week, average occupancy fell to 65%, an increase over the same time last year, but lower than average weeks during the summer months of 2021. ADR also dipped to $120.15, down from $126.20 average for the month of August.
