Hotel Performance: August 22-28, 2021

During the week of August 22-29, Washington County’s hotels experienced a slight dip in overall occupancy performance over the previous week. Average occupancy (OCC) for the week was 72.1% and the average daily rate (ADR) was $126.34.

The trend of higher levels of occupancy and higher rates during the weekend (Friday and Saturday) continues as we near the close of summer. Throughout the summer months, Sunday tends to have the lowest occupancy and ADR.
