Free Tips & Training to Avoid Mask Confrontations

Indoor and outdoor mask mandates have been reinstated and, unfortunately, mask compliance incidents are on the rise. Providing good service and keeping guests and your team safe may be especially challenging once again.

The Oregon Hospitality Foundation, which received a generous sponsorship from Anheuser Busch, is providing complimentary access to Providing Service While Supporting Safety. The video, produced by the Oregon Hospitality Foundation, will provide your team with tips and best practices to help keep interactions with non-compliant guests from escalating.

This is free to anyone in Oregon who works at an organization that holds a liquor license and is available until September 30, 2021. There are two versions available–restaurant and lodging versions–and are available in English or with Spanish subtitles.
