Hotel Performance: August 8-14, 2021

Washington County hotels continue to see occupancy levels in the 80 percentile Thursday through Saturday, while midweek performance ranges from 60%-76%. Average daily room rates (ADR) are also rebounding. The average weekend rate is $130+ and midweek rates average in the $120+ range.
