Washington County’s hotels continue to rebound from 2020’s low occupancy and average daily rates. According to STR, occupancy (OCC) levels for the month of July are up by 64.7% to 72.9% occupancy when compared to the same month one year ago. Average daily room rates (ADR) are also higher than the same period last year, with ADRĀ  for July 2021 at $125.18 for the month (a 35.3% increase over 2020). The following table looks at occupancy, ADR and Revenue per Room (RevPAR) in Washington County for the month of July 2021. 2021 Year-to-Date
So far, for calendar year 2021, countywide occupancy (OCC) levels for the first seven months of 2021 are up by 38.2% when compared to the same period last year. Average daily room rates (ADR) are nearly flat compared with the same period last year, with ADRĀ  for July 2021 at $101.42 for the year (a 0.9% increase over 2020).
