Hotel Performance: July 18-24

Weekly hotel performance continues its rebound and recovery over the same period in 2020. The charts below illustrate the continuing increases in occupancy (OCC) and average daily rates (ADR). Occupancy on Saturday, July 24, saw its highest level since the COVID-19 pandemic, reaching 90%.  Average daily room rates continue to rise, with the ADR for the week reaching $128.04.
