Hotel performance continues its rebound and recovery over the same period in 2020. The charts below illustrate the continuing increases in occupancy (OCC) and average daily rates (ADR).
The historic heat wave experienced by the entire Pacific Northwest, June 26-28, saw locals flocking to air conditioned hotels to seek refuge from the heat. Because of this, Washington County’s hotels experienced a 78.4% increase in occupancy over the same period last year.
