Weekly Hotel Performance: June 13-19

Tourism is continuing its slow recovery in Washington County. Since Memorial Day weekend, Washington County hotels are seeing increased occupancy for weekend stays. In the most recent report from STR, occupancy (OCC) reached 89.6% on Saturday, June 19th. Average daily room rates (ADR) are also slowly climbing, with the average room rate falling at $114.65 for the week.
