Weekly Hotel Performance: June 6-12

Hotel occupancy (OCC) and Average Daily Rates (ADR) continue to improve over the same time last year as we slowly recover from the COVID-19 pandemic. The week of June 6-12 ending strong, with hotel occupancy at an astounding 82.3% on Saturday, June 12. The average for the week was 67.8%. ADR also is gaining strength, ending the week at $107.16, a 20% increase over the same time last year.    Source: STR, June 16, 2021
