Weekly Hotel Performance: May 9-15, 2021

Washington County’s hotels are continuing to see recovery in its overall occupancy numbers, as well as a slight rebound in the average daily room rate.

For the week of May 9-15, 2021, Washington County’s hotels had an average occupancy level (OCC) of 60.2%, which is a 92.5% increase over the same period in 2020. The average daily room rate (ADR) for the week was $97.42, a 12.9% increase over 2020. The average daily rate last weekend (May 14-15) exceeded $100.
