Washington County Hotels Continue to See Year-Over-Year Improvements
Hotel performance continues to improve over last year. Occupancy levels have increased by 91.5% over the same period last year. Last week, Washington County hotels saw occupancy levels of 56.4% (the same week last year, occupancy was 29.5%).
Average daily room rates (ADR) also are climbing, albeit slowly. Last week, the average daily room rate was $95.19, an 8.6% increase over 2020’s rate of $87.62 the same week.
