After a year of declines, Washington County’s hotel performance is starting to see a rebound. For the week of April 25-May 1, occupancy levels reached nearly 60% at 57.5%. While this number is lower from pre-COVID occupancy levels, it is a 159% improvement over the same time last year.
Washington County also is starting to see a slight uptick in average daily room rates (ADR). Last week saw an 8% increase in ADR over the same period in 2020. As of May 1st, the average room rate in the county was $100.89.
