Hotel Performance March 2021
COVID-19 has directly affected the hotel industry throughout the United States, and Washington County is no exception. Throughout 2020, we saw decreases directly tied to the decrease in business and leisure travel due to COVID-19 and related travel restrictions and recommendations.
More than a year after initial restrictions were put in place, hotel occupancy numbers are climbing, and we are seeing increases in occupancy levels compared to the same time last year.
The following tables outline hotel performance for Washington County properties for the month of March 2021 and the year to date, compared to the same period in 2020.
