According to STR, which provides premium data benchmarking, analytics and marketplace insights for global hospitality sectors, Washington County’s hotel occupancy in November 2020, is still being negatively affected by the COVID-19 crisis. The occupancy level for the year (to date) is 45.4, a 37.6% decrease over the same period in 2019. Average daily room rates (ADR) also have declined over the same period last year.
