COVID-19 has directly affected the hotel industry throughout the United States, and Washington County is no exception. While Washington County’s hotel occupancy is performing better than other destinations, it is still a decrease from last year during the same period.
For the week of November 29-December 5, Washington County’s hotel occupancy averaged 42.8%, a 35.8% decrease from the same period last year. The average daily room rate (ADR) during the same period was $87.34, a 25.7% decrease from the same period in 2019. See report for week of November 22-28 >>>
