COVID-19 has directly affected the hotel industry throughout the United States, and Washington County is no exception. While Washington County’s hotel occupancy is performing better than other destinations, it is still a decrease from last year during the same period.
For the week of November 15-21, 2020, Washington County’s hotel occupancy averaged 46.5%, a 26.8% decrease from the same period last year. The average daily room rate (ADR) during the same period was $88.73 a 24.9% decrease from the same period in 2019. See full report for October >>>
