COVID-19 has directly affected the hotel industry throughout the United States, and Washington County is no exception. While Washington County’s hotel occupancy is performing better than other destinations, it is still a decrease from last year during the same period.
For the week of November 1-7, 2020 Washington County’s hotel occupancy averaged 48.1 percent a 35.9 percent decrease from the same period last year. The average daily room rate (ADR) during the same period was $88.49 a 25.1 percent increase from the same period in 2019. See report from September >>>
