COVID-19 has directly affected the hotel industry throughout the United States, and Washington County is no exception. While Washington County’s hotel occupancy is performing better than other destinations, it is still a decrease from last year during the same period.

For the week of October 18, 2020 – October 24, 2020, Washington County’s hotel occupancy averaged 50.3%, a 30.8% decrease from the same period last year. The average daily room rate (ADR) during the same period was $90.44 a 27.1% decrease from the same period in 2019. See report from September >>>
