COVID-19 has directly affected the hotel industry throughout the United States, and Washington County is no exception. While Washington County’s hotel occupancy is performing better than other destinations, it is still a decrease from last year during the same period.
For the week of September 20, 2020 to September 26, 2020, Washington County’s hotel occupancy averaged 50.1%, a 36.7% decrease from the same period last year. The average daily room rate (ADR) during the same period was $92.98, a 27.1% decrease from the same period in 2019. See last week’s data >>>
